Following the Chief Ministers' statement on talkback radio 2JJJ on Friday the 12th of February, the Land Development Agency's official position is that they will not sell the carparks in the calendar year 2010. The concept plans presented to previous workshops will be further developed with a view to completing the sale in 2011.

During 2010, workshops will be conducted with retailers and residents. These workshops are intended to fine-tune the concept plan for the development on the carparks in question.
